We hired Scott Pools in 2013 to build our pool and we couldn’t be happier. From beginning to end (and even now), Bill Scott and his team are a joy to work with. Bill was very creative during the design process and collaborated with us to design a pool that we would enjoy for many, many years as opposed to creating a pool he wanted to sell us. During the construction process, his team was professional, courteous and hard-working. They were always willing to pause and answer my many questions or address my concerns at any point during the project. Even now, when I have an issue (for example with the cover or pool cleaner), Bill always finds time to swing by and try to fix it as quickly as possible. Above all else, Bill really takes pride in his pools and his service… and it shows. As you can see from the photos, Scott Pools transformed our backyard into an at-home resort oasis. This will be our fifth season with our pool and our family, friends and neighbors can’t wait to open it again!

2018 will be the sixth season we’ve had our pool installed by Bill and we can honestly say, we’ve never regretted our decision. Installing a new pool can a difficult task as there are many decisions that need to be made in regards to pool layout, landscape design, function/feature, and of course budget. During the process, Bill utilized his many years of experience with pool and landscape design to build us a beautiful back yard pool with customized patio and landscaping. He stands by his work and the quality is outstanding! It’s one thing to have some install a beautiful pool, but servicing it on an ongoing basis is just as important. Bill has always provided outstanding service for both the season opening and closing. If a problem does arise, Bill is always responsive and will do his best to come out and address the problem. We would definitely recommend Bill for any pool design and installation.

Bill designed and built our pool to fit into our existing patio and landscaping. He walked us through the process of what to expect from beginning to completion. His company also installed the fence and some additional landscaping. Being a first time pool owner, he has been very helpful when questions arise about pool maintenance. His company also opens and closes our pool every year. He is very easy to work with and I would definitely recommend Scott Pools.

Bill and his team put our pool in at the end of this last summer. It was amazing to watch this process. Bill told us we would probably get to swim in it and he was correct. Our family did. Bill was great to work with from design through pool construction and landscaping. Our project included reworking existing landscaping to transition to the pool area. We now have beautiful stone steps down to the pool. He blended our ideas with his vision and used his experience to turn our backyard into a pool area that feels like a resort. His whole team works hard and was respectful of our property. He is always responsive and pleasant to work with.
